THE OFFER

One approved Reel earns 20% of the eligible order value back.

The refund has an A$15 minimum and A$100 maximum and remains subject to program availability. Approved refunds return to the original order payment method.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Open the private, single-use invitation issued for your eligible STRIKE ANYWHERE order.
  2. Film an original Instagram Reel wearing the product and show it clearly in the first three seconds.
  3. Tag @strikeanywhere_vintage and add Instagram's Paid partnership label. You do not need to add #ad to the caption.
  4. Use your private claim link to submit the Reel URL and original video, confirm you are 18+, and accept these terms.
  5. We verify the invitation, order, Instagram identity and tag, disclosure, product visibility, content match and fraud checks. Clean claims process automatically; unusual activity goes to review.

These terms apply only to a private invitation issued for an eligible Strike Anywhere order. Participation is optional and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, be the customer for the invited order, own or control the Instagram account and content you submit, and comply with applicable law and Instagram's terms. Unless the invitation states otherwise, the order must have been delivered, have an eligible value of at least A$50, have no discount above 30%, and not be cancelled, disputed, high-risk or fully refunded. Only one claim is permitted per order and no more than two claims per customer in a rolling 90-day period. Invitations are personal, signed, single-use, time-limited and may not be transferred.

2. What you must submit

Post an original public Instagram Reel featuring the Strike Anywhere product from the invited order. The product must be clearly visible in the first three seconds. Tag @strikeanywhere_vintage, use Instagram's Paid partnership label with Strike Anywhere, and submit the Reel URL, your Instagram handle and the original video file through your private claim link. You do not need to use #ad. You must not make false claims or include unlawful, infringing, discriminatory or unsafe material. A positive review is not required.

3. Refund offer

An approved claim earns a refund equal to 20% of the eligible order value, subject to a minimum refund of A$15 and a maximum cumulative refund of A$100 for the order. The eligible order value excludes shipping, taxes, gift cards and amounts already refunded unless the invitation expressly says otherwise. The refund is returned to the original order payment method. Processing times depend on Shopify, the payment gateway and your financial institution. A submission is not approved until Strike Anywhere verifies the invitation, order, Instagram identity and tag, Paid partnership label, original file, product visibility, content match and basic fraud checks.

4. Licence and creator promises

You keep ownership of your content. In exchange for the refund and program consideration, you grant Strike Anywhere Vintage Pty Ltd and its service providers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, edit, crop, resize, caption, adapt, combine with brand elements, distribute, display, communicate and otherwise use the submitted content and your Instagram handle, likeness, voice and performance in organic and paid media, including Partnership Ads. Strike Anywhere may use edited excerpts but will not knowingly materially misrepresent your views.

You promise that you created the content, have authority to grant these rights, have permission from every identifiable person, and have cleared all music, artwork, locations and other third-party material for the licensed uses. Strike Anywhere may decline paid-media use if rights or audio safety are unclear. No further payment is owed for use under this licence unless Strike Anywhere and you enter a separate written ambassador agreement.

5. Verification, fraud and availability

Strike Anywhere may request reasonable evidence, reject duplicate, manipulated, unverifiable or misleading claims, and pause automatic processing when unusual activity or system limits are detected. We may close or change the program for future invitations, but a change will not reduce an approved refund already earned under the version accepted with your claim. Cash refunds cannot reliably be reversed. Fraud or a material breach may block future participation and may be reported where required by law.

6. Privacy

We process the order reference, customer identifier, Instagram details, uploaded video, acceptance record, security hashes and verification results to operate the program, prevent fraud, process refunds, manage content rights and measure performance. Shopify, Instagram/Meta, cloud storage, messaging, fraud-review and other service providers may process only the information needed for those purposes. See the Strike Anywhere privacy policy for access, correction and complaint rights. Do not upload identity documents or unrelated personal information unless requested through an approved secure process.

7. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strike Anywhere is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from voluntary participation. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction there.

8. Acceptance and records

By checking the acceptance box and submitting a claim, you confirm that you are 18 or older, have read these terms, and accept this exact version. Strike Anywhere records the version, time and a security hash associated with acceptance. If a separate invitation term conflicts with these terms, the term more favourable to the creator applies unless the invitation clearly identifies a negotiated change.
